1 Day delivery with tracking number.

Returns and exchange details
Every piece of jewelry took us months from search to finish.
Every item are unique and natural, and cannot be replace.
It is very frustrated on broken or lost package for both of party.
Also we are unable to sell items that are not in its original condition.
Such as worn, washed, any stains. makeup, deodorant enz.
We cannot sell a worn / used piece of jewelry to another person.
This is why we do not offer any return or exchange.

Arrive Damaged :
All Jewelry items are packaged carefully to minimize the chance of any breakage.
However, should your parcel arrive damaged, I will accept its return in order to repair the item. If this is the case, your piece of jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn state.

Repairs :
Any repairs required after receiving the necklace, will require you to pay full return postage. If you would like to repair the item yourself, please don't hesitate to ask me for advice.

Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind, worn etc.
If you do have any problems at all, please contact me.

International shipping

Due to all the issues for international shipment, I do not ship internationally.
